After his presentation of letter credentials, Mr. Chuburu payed a brief visit to the Prime Minister of Belize, where he said his main aim will be to continue strengthening relations between the two countries.
Among the many aspects they talked about during their meeting were not only the political and economic situation in Argentina and Belize, but also the growing number or Argentine tourists that visit Belizean beaches and the possibilities of promoting cooperation and commerce.
The new Ambassador of Argentina also visited the Minister of Foreign Affairs, with whom he talked about different aspects of the bilateral relation, such as the next WTO Summit in Buenos Aires, the political situation in the region and the possibility of signing new agreements, as well as matters regarding the consular protection of Argentine citizens.
