This time, two officials from BELTRAIDE, the Belizean body in charge of trade promotion visited Argentina to see in the field how associations in Argentina, a key tool for SME development.

The visit of one official from the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and another one from BELTRAIDE trade promotion division allowed them to see a recycling cooperative unit in Buenos Aires Province, and another one involved in Digital TV content production, as well as one in Chubut province, that worked in the fine fruits juice industry.

Moreover, they had interviews with the Argentine Undersecretary of Agriculture and from the National Design Plan, that aims at incorporating design in Argentine products.

Next phase will consist in a workshop that will be given in Belize by officials from the Argentine SMEs Secretariat in order to strengthen associative units in the country.
